 sibelius scherzo question

how to approach eighth note passages in sibelius #1 symphony scherzo 3rd movement? Double-tongue? What about for those who do not double-tongue? Please help!

The Slower you practice, the faster you'll learn it.

If that still won't get you there, you'll have to add slurs. I don't think you can learn to double tongue quickly enough.
