One of clarinet players in my church youth orchestra lost metal tone hole ring on F(right below register key). It is Yamaha YCL64-silver plated. Where can I find this? Thanks in advance.

Have you tried your local band instrument repair shop?

Just as Ron said, try there or at the very least to check with the shop where the horn was purchased if they can recommend a repair shop.

Charles
You can call yamaha in Grand Rapids, MI that facility is their import place for instruments coming into the US. Their warranty service is performed there as well as some assembly.
The phone number is located in the book or on line yellow pages.
They are closed for phone calls on Thursdays .

I just contact one of the dealers endorsed by Yamaha who seem to be able to get most parts. There can be quite a delay though with Yamaha whose comittment to customer service can be loosley described as ordinary to say the very least. They are almost as bad as Buffet or Leblanc although at least you can deal directly with Buffet.
I have just received a replacement leader pipe for a baritone horn from Yamaha which was ordered last July and I am an instrument repairer! Who knows how long they would take for a private person to get one. Take it to a repairer and see if they have something comparable that can be fitted or indeed make a new ring.
