 Roof-Top Quartet

Hi, I play in a jazz quartet and last week we gave a roof-top exposé of our stuff. We played in london and after 0200, we got heckled by some people in apartment blocks. Does anyone have any advice about how to dampen down clarinet and saxophone sound?

Um - Play quieter? Maybe you could aim your clarinet barrel in the general direction of the wall behind you - that could work. Or, you could play it upside down... Okay, now I am just being silly.
If it is a roof-top setting in London at night, then chances are it will be rained out anyway, and so hopefully sound won't be too much of a problem.
DLE, beign sarcastic I know - but I do hope the comment about facing the wall helps a little.
