 mystery brand name

I've unearthed a clarinet someone gave me probably 15 years ago. It's brand name is "Philipe" and it was made in France. That's really all the info I have on it.

Has anybody out there even heard of this company? I've been searching around, but so far haven't turned up anything.

Any feedback would be appreciated.
