Take a look at the Rubank Elem. and Inter. method books. That was my starting point (and for many others as well.)

If you talking about rythm and meter in general, this online page seems excellent.

Now I see why they put "rhythm" at the top along with "embouchure" and "tongue"

David,
You are not allowed to say that under the rules. I'm counting the ways it's possible to write embouchure. Quite remarkable. Some of them almost verge on anagrams.

Not all folks are as perceptively gifted as you, David. Neither are we all spelling bee champs. Fortunately, in spite of our handicaps, many of us are able to recognize the value of caring contributors.

What "they"? You mean me?

Please don't comment on spelling, lest I start running all your posts through a spell and grammar checker and reject all those that don't pass muster...

Speaking of rhythm, has anyone used the rhythm book, "Foundation in Rhythm" by Richard Williams? Is it worth while for studying rhythm?

If, so does anyone know of a ready source for it?
