Pro Tec gig bag web addy? or other help on this

Mindy's strap on her clarinet gig bag broke the other day -- the clip that clips the strap onto the bag broke off -- and now I am trying to find the website or the phone number for Pro Tec to see if I can buy another strap. I am sure that I can fashion strap for her and buy the clips, but I was hoping that I could buy a new one or see if they would replace the strap that broke. She was carrying her 30+ lb backpack on her back, her "hugh" clarinet case on one shoulder and carrying her Eb in one hand and her HUGE biology book and the clarinet case just droppe doff her should with a THUD! She was horrified and really thought the clarinet might be knocked out of alignment but all seems to be ok. We just now need a new strap so she can continue to carry it. Wow --- all that to ask for an address or phone or other help for us.

Thank you to all who will respond to this -- Mindy and I both thank you --- she is tied of harrying both cases in her hands

Pro Tec has a good warranty. They should replace the broken part.
