How do you trill from a B to C# above the staff? Thanks for help!

There are a few ways.
The standard way which you will find on fingering charts is:
1. Play standard B5 fingering and trill with 2 lower right side keys
However, my favorite is to play the B5 like this:
TR 1 - 3 / 1 2 3 and trill the 3rd finger of the right hand to get C#6 ...GBK

Another way is to finger the B normally and trill the 3rd trill key (on the side)

One that I found (Which is somewhat awkward but okay for left-handers) is finger the B and use the side of your finger to trill the throat Ab key.
Check this site out: http://www.wfg.sneezy.org and search from there. That site kinda comes in handy.
