 DN Noblet, PRO?

Hi, -

Is the DN Noblet considered a "PRO" instrument?

Markings on the clarinet: Lyre with a "D" inside, oval - "NOBLET" and "PARIS" inside, overlapping "D" and "N" below. All parts are marked this way, only UJ has "Made in France" inscribed on it. Serial number 5XXC appears on both UJ & LJ.
