What's the note that's most "off tune" in your clarinet?? Well, mine is of course the F(in the altissimo register) Which is about 25-30 cents flat. My second one is the B(middle of staff) it's about 5 cents flat. The reason because it's so flat is because I pull out my middle joint a lot( if i don't all those notes in the middle joint will be like 10 cents sharp).My throat Bb is surprisingly in tune (like 3 cents sharp). I Use one of those Click Barrels, that's why.What about your clarinet??
Which note is most "off tune"??

Any note that I have to play in unison with the principal trumpet.

The altissimo high F on the Buffet is notoriously low in pitch (it is better on the other "Big 3" manufacturers). The traditional high F fingering can be improved by adding the RH sliver key to raise the pitch, or by using one of the numerous alternate fingerings for high F.
Of course, alternate fingerings should only be used when technically applicable to the speed of the music, the matching of the other notes in the passage, or the relative ease to the notes that preceed and follow the high F.
Also, the throat tones (G, Ab, A, Bb) can be significantly improved by using some of the many available resonance fingerings...GBK

The long fingering for my high F is very well in tune, though the "real" fingering is not only flat enough for me to need to vent it with my G# key, but it doesn't really speak up unless I do so.
As ironic as it sounds, my next note, when I have tuned everything almost perfectly, is my throat G, which is what most people tune to FIRST and then go from!

my high e on my buffet ,the f is fine. but the e is a real stinker. this is the only flaw on my buffet but its real bad

The throat tones G, G#, and A are extremely sharp, even when I put down my right hand they are still somewhat sharp. The Bb throat tone is quite flat as is the regular fingering for the altissimo F#, unlike the other altissimo notes which tend to be sharp. And, also like William, any note I play in unison with the 2nd Oboe. Trying to play in tune is so fun!

I just tried a bunch of Buffet Crampon RCs. I found an instrument that was beautiful in every respect, except that low E and F were 25 cents flat. I chose another that was in tune across the range.
