was it made to play ay A=442. Because when i used my barrel(that came with the clarinet) all notes would be 10 cents sharp or even sharper. Is it supposed to be like that??

Clarinets are generally designed to be in pitch in a normal room with the barrel pulled part way out (one or two millimeters approximately). That way if you are playing in a cold room, it will be possible to be in tune with the barrel pushed all the way in. Otherwise, you will be flat in a cold room with no way to compensate.
So yes it is quite reasonable for the clarinet to be about 10 cents sharp. If the area is warmer than the design point, you will need to pull even more.

Yes...The E-11 is designed to play at A=442. The Buffet catalog confirms this fact.
If you notice, the barrel that is included with the E-11 is only 64.5mm...GBK
