Can anyone help? I've looked through past threads on this subject...checked the equipment list , makers etc. been to www.musictrader.com anything i can think of but alas no Signet serial list. If you know of such a list please let me know.
Maybe, there isn't anything available. that would be useful as well! Thank you

Call Selmer at 1-800-348-7567. They are usually very helpful.
If they take the serial number and your name and telephone number, don't wait more than a two or three of days before you call them back to find out why they didn't call you back!

My parents bought me #26754 new in 1956.
It must have been manufactured sortly before then.
I'll be playing it in a Christmas cantata today.

Thanks for the help, John and Peter. I do believe I will make this a project of mine, to uncover , and put together a list of numbers and dates.
