I need to find a contemplative, restive solo for oboe and a peppy solo for clarinet. The only problem is, neither can be too hard because I only have 2 weeks to prepare the clarinet solo, and am not very good at complicated oboe parts. Does anyone have any suggestions for either piece?

Your teacher will know you best. Can't he/she recommend something for your level? Maybe he can lend you something suitable, as you'll need to lay your hands on it pretty soon to be able to practise it. Have you played anything suitable recently that you can just review?

'Tis the season. What about Sleigh Ride for clarinet? I don't know what you would consider too difficult so I can't really suggest more.

A wonderful oboe piece that is not too difficult technically but is musically beautiful
is Wayne Barlow's "The Winter's Past". It is in ABA form with a slow, fast, slow idea.
However, it does not get technically difficult... you will need to be able to play with
a beautiful legato to pull it off.

Albinoni Adagio for oboe. Rachmaninoff Vocalise op.34 for clarinet.

With Hiroshi's suggestion, keep in mind that the Rachmaninoff Vocalise is written for
the A clarinet... and it's not "peppy" as you originally requested. Although the notes
are "easy" for lack of a better word, it requires a great deal of stamina to sustain the
long phrases and to pull it off well. A lot of people have "played" this piece, but it takes
a lot more than just the right notes to play it well!

Contemplative oboe: Schumann, 3 Romances for Oboe, # 1.
Peppy clarinet: Clarinet Polka -- if that's too frivolous, the last movement of the Mozart Concerto, or Finzi 5 Bagatelles, # 5.
