Hi! Anyone tried the above Bass Clarinet mouthpieces? I've done a search in Sneezy but I need more opinion and information about them.

I speak second-hand here: All reports on Walter Grabner's bass clarinet mouthpieces which I have heard so far have been very positive.

Are you a member of the Bass Clarinet Group on Yahoo? There has been past discussion there. I am no authority and a new bass clarinetist but I bought the CXBB and find it is superior to two refaced models I had been using. But, that's hardly a fair test. Search the Yahoo Group. More comment there.

Found my original post--repeated here as can't understand why a "Sneezy" search did not uncover:

I "pinched" this off of "Sneezy" but I don't think Mark will mind. Here is =
what Ted and I think of Waltner Grabner's latest efforts: Walter Grabner's C=
XBS Mouthpiece

And for your information, I got the CXBB and I echo Ted's review (although =
I have yet to work up to a 3.5 reed.) I am using it with a 2.5 and it blows=
freely and is very easy through the break. But I'm not a pro (although I d=
id stay at a Holiday Inn once). Bob A

PLEASE - if it's a reference to something on the Web just include a pointer! What happens later (besides copyright issues - that's a different problem) is that search engines end up showing the same thing in multiple places, sometimes obscuring the more relevant places.
Hyperlinks were invented to eliminate text duplication and to encourge people to explore different parts of a document. That document has grown to include the entire WWW. Let's use them!

Yup... I LOVE THE LITTLE (errr... big) thing... it gives me great sound in all of the registers! and the low notes are simply... awesome! Grabner makes the best!
