 easier piano parts

I'm playing Brahms clarinet sonata Op. 120 No 2.
together with an pianist. To make it short: It is to
difficult for him. I think he would be able to play it,
if he had more time to practice. But he is an
amateur like myself, and hasn't time enough.
It doesn`t work.

Any recommendations for something on the same
difficulty-level (technical and musicaly) for clarinet,
but easier to play for the piano? Any ideas?

Thanks.

Adagio and Tarentela by Cavillini or the Rossini, the style is of coarse quite different.

One of my favorite (under rated and under performed) pieces is the Burgmuller - Duo for Klarinette und Klavier ...GBK
