Does anybody know of a good fingering for the Bb above the one above the one above the saff. I am talking about two octives above the throght tone.

There are more than a dozen possible ways to finger high Bb (above the one just above the staff)
Much depends on the context of the passage, and the notes which preceed and follow the high Bb. One fingering does not fit all applications!
I would recommend purchasing the Ridenour fingering book, or consulting (at the least) the Sneezy on line fingering chart...GBK

I agree with GBK, but my favorite is OXX)OOO) and only the register key in the back. Simply play altissimo F and lift your left thumb off of the tone hole while still depressing the octave key. It is slightly sharp but has an excellent response. Good luck!

Mitchell alludes to an important point...For these altissimo notes, it is advisable to learn some of the fingerings which use the covered thumb hole, and some which use the open thumb hole. Your "arsenal of fingerings" which you can draw upon can never be too large. Again, however, the choice of a particular fingering depends on many factors: pitch, response, fullness of sound and awkwardness of fingering in a passage. All of these must be considered...GBK

In Weber's 2nd concerto you use it, in the Babin Hillandale Waltzes you play this note... in many twentieth century pieces you may be called on to play it.

In wind ensemble music (or concert band-what ever you want to call it) I see A often. And there is at least one Bb in the third baermann book.

In the Weber Concerto # 2, for the arpeggio up to the top Bb, I use the "long" fingering for high F (thumb, register key, 3 fingers on each hand, C#/G# key) and then add my right little finger on the F/C key and open the throat Ab key. It's very reliable and in tune.
