Hi there,

I've been reading all the posts about Evette and Schaeffer clarinets and I am sorry to bring it up again but, I was wondering if someone could tell me if this clarinet that I have is a beginner or intermediate model. I am not sure how to determine so can someone please help! the serial number is K17023. THANK YOU!!

When it was made (1966, according to the Boosey & Hawkes serial number list), Buffet regarded it a high-end intermediate model. It was the predecessor to the E13.

Best regards,
jnk
