Guess what everybody? When we (the Liberty Lions Marching "Pride") go to Disneyland in FIVE days, we get to march down Main Street on Thanksgiving... and (it gets better) I am in the first row, so everybody gets to see me! Yay! Go ME!
Ok, sorry, I had to let y'all know I'm very happy.

Jessica,
Congrats on performing at D-Land! My former High School just performed there on Veteran's Day and I'm sure they had a blast. I always had fun on those Marching band trips.
Make sure you check out the Haunted House! They re-did it with the "Nightmare before Christmas" thing. You'll love it!

One of my fondest memories from college marching band days was marching down Main Street at Disneyland (Rosebowl--1959 & 62) playing our school song and seeing all of our fans lining the sidewalks cheering us on. Can you picture a bunch of university bandsmen having a blast riding the Tea Cups? It is truely a Magic Kingdom--enjoy every moment and Good Clarineting!!!!

Good for you, Jessica! That should be a memorable event.
Don't forget to bring a camera, to take a few pictures with your friends, in your band uniforms and with Disneyworld backgrounds so you also have a personal memento which includes your closest friends in the band.!
