I love me Altieri deluxe single bag, or case cover which ever you prefer. Anyways its great I can fit so much stuff in it, and the backpack sraps are extremely helpful. The only complaint I might have it the slightly high price, I think I paid 105 bucks for it, and its a little bulky, but thats because I'm pretty small. Anyways hope I could help!

Tam

I have a Buffet double clarinet case "wrapped" in a Jean Cavallaro fleece lined cover. I find it to be very sturdy and protective. Plus it has a shoulder strap, and an outside pocket for music.

I also have Cavallaro case covers for my Buffet single and Buffet double cases. They seem to keep the clarinet well insulated in the colder months.

Also, if you have an odd shaped case, you can submit a tracing (height, width, length and they will custom make it for you. I did that with my Buffet C clarinet case, and it came out perfectly...GBK

Altieri case covers so far, although I am negotiating with the Reunion Blues folks to make a double clarinet case for me in leather--I'll let you all know if we finally strike a deal and get it done.

I use a laptop computer case. It is extremely protective and there are many extra pockets that I can store musics or reeds. I like it except it's a little heavy :)

I use a Lands End Attache for my double pochette. It works great, lots of space and pockets, sturdy as anything, inexpensive, looks unobtrusive. Also a bonus, products are guaranteed, so they will fix or replace if needed.

I have a single clarinet Olathe case cover. It has a shoulder strap, straps to carry by hand (I know there is a name for that), a big zippered pocket in the front for accessories, a big music pocket (it expands a little bit) in the back and the inside is fleece lined.

I have a Bam double case. I love it 'cause it's lightweight and holds lots of stuff. It's also a backpack in case I want to carry other stuff in my hands.

I had a case cover made by a local camping store. They made it to my specifications - pockets, backpack straps, whatever. It's brilliant and I don't know how I ever got on without it. All my music fits, and my foldup stand as well - everything in one!

I, too, had a case cover made. It was for my e flat and done by Olathe. I faxed them the dimmensions and it was wonderful (fleece lined cordura) at a very reasonable price (60). It has 2 pockets (1 zippered , 1 expandable) and a shoulder strap. My Buffet set has the Buffet fleece lined cover and is more functional/protective than the factory case cover for my Yamaha set.
