I've restored a few Jean Cartier clarinets --- a couple of "14-K" student models (very average in feel and playing qualities" and one "Professional 4-Star" (intermediate-to advanced clarinet, rather nice). There seem to be a fair number of these floating around, I don't know if they were stencil clarinets or if "Jean Cartier" was an actual manufacturer. I suspect they're not especially valuable, especially the 14-K models. I must say, though, that many of them seem to have these nice pastel art-deco cases............
