I used to sell new Vandoren mouthpieces and would play-test each one before selling it. I would buy about 20-40 at a time. It was a blast. And, it is amazing how different they can be although they are the same.

I also mass bought other brands and they were even more different. Last year I bought and sold over 400 mouthpieces--including some Kaspars. I must say I like the Kaspars best--next my Greg Smiths (which I kept for myself) and Charles Bays (which I also kept).

This year I'm out of the business because my distributer went back to teaching high school band and the new guy didn't want to sell to an individual.

Well, it was fun and I learned a lot.
