 age, value of vintage Buffet

I am looking for information regarding a clarinet I recently acquired. It is a four digit serial number Buffet Bb clarinet. I do not have the clarinet near me right now so I cannot give the exact numbers, but the serial number also contains a letter. I am looking for any information on this clarinet. (It currently is awaiting an overhaul at a near-by relair shop.) I am aware that vintage Buffet alrinets can be quite sought after, but is this too old? One estimate put the time of production for this clarinet at roughly 1925-1930--looking to see if this is accurate or not. Thanks!

All you have to do when you get the serial number is to look it up in the serial number list here to find out its age.
