If super revelations are set too sharllow(i.e. too near to the tip), those things would
happen. However if settled deep so that its countour matches that of mouthpiece,
it can grip the reed firmly enough. I rather make it a rule not to fasten the screw too much. This ligature allows me to emit very brilliant(not cheaply bright) tones and suitable especially for Itallian music. A ligature used by a Metropolitan Opera soloist is by no means a lemmon.
