You didn't specify secular or religous (though for me the "real meaning" is the religous one.) "O Holy Night" (Adolphe Adam) is beautiful on clarinet. Phrase it like a singer would. I'm not aware of a B flat part, but it is not too difficult, transposition shouldn't be too bad. (The pianist gets the workout.) There are 3 verses, and the melody changes a bit with each.
