I'd say the Mozart Clarinet Concerto, the Saint-Saens Clarinet Sonata, Rabaud Solo de Concours, Messager Solo de Concours, the two Weber Concertos and the Weber Concertino, the Brahms Sonatas, and Karl Stamitz's Clarinet Concerto No. 3. Also, the Weber Grand duo Concertante. There is also the Poulenc Sonata, the Debussy Premiere Rhapsody, and many others. :0)
I'm sure other people will be able to add to this list.
Good luck,
Kim L.

Mozart, and the Weber Concertos and Concertino.
From there, Brahms Sonatas 1 & 2. Schumann Fantasy Pieces.
Poulenc Sonata, Debussy Premier Rhapsody (is tough) Hindemith Sonata, Bernstein Sonata, Copland Concerto (this is tough also)
More??? Any of the Solo de Concours pieces (Debussy is in that list)
Brahms, Weber and Mozart Clarinet Quintets for chamber music
From there, you are on your own. It's good to explore.
http://www.ithaca.edu/faculty/rfaria/rep.html# is a one resource I found that has put a lot of the major works in groups as you will see on the page. Graded. Even studies and works for solo clarinet and chamber music.

Let's not forget the Rossini, "Intro, Theme and Variations" too, many standard pieces of literature out there, we're so lucky as clarinetists to have a wealth of music to play, some instruments aren't so lucky.
