 Quintet Music
Author: Jeanne

I am part of a quintet that is absolutely desperate for playable music. The different levels of the players make it next to impossible to find music good for the whole group. Our group has an advanced clarinet, flute, and bassoon, and beginning/intermediate french horn and oboe. Does anyone have any suggestions for music featuring the more advanced players and going easier on the less advanced players?

I don't have any specific suggestions, but if you guys can transpose, or have a computer program that can do it for you, check out Medieval or Renaissance vocal music. The individual parts aren't difficult at all, just putting together is the tough part.
