Hi. Can anyone tell me the price of a full re-padding of a Bb Clarinet? I'm thinking about getting a repad, since they haven't been so good lately. Thanks!

If you have a professional quality clarinet, I highly recommend Brannen Woodwinds(one of the sponsers). I just had mine completely overhauled and sounds great ($500 for the whole enchilada). I don't know what it would be for just the pads.
If you have a student model and just want pads done, I've seen it for $125 at quality repair shops.

Complete overhaul in Sacramento, CA varies from shop to shop. Low end is around $95. and climbs to about $160. for a first rate, thorough and complete refurbishing as of today. Prices may increase tomorrow :]
I'd ask around, players, teachers, etc. to find out which shop gets the most recommendations in your area. Do you get a 'follow up' service, do they have a customer satisfaction policy? Price is not the only, or even the best criteria.

$125 in my neigborhood (UpState New York).
The Brannens do far more than repad, instruments coming back from their shop are essentially retuned.

Where you go really will depend on your level of playing and how good the local shops are. Brannen's, as well as Tim Clark in Columbus, OH and others at that level of workmanship will do an absolutely flawless job, and if you are a professional or talented amateur it will make a difference you will notice and enjoy..
In any case, I would not recommend letting someone do the work on the basis of cost. Talk with pro's in your area and see where they go.
Regards,
Ralph
