There is a range of lengths for clarinet barrels and may I know what's the most suitable and optimum length that suits best for a Bb Clarinet tuning at 442hz.
How does the clarinet intonation differs in a cold surrounding and a warm surrounding?

Your clarinet will be flat when cold. It is best to check your instrument with a tuner. Keep in mind that you can always pull out a bit. If you are too low pushed all of the way in you will have nowhere to go. I usually like to have a liitle room if needed.

That's right. Length of barrel is an attribute like anything else. You have to experiment & see what happens to YOUR clarinet throughout IT'S range, given difference's in temperature. ( ... you might be "dead on" in the Chamumeau with 65mm Barrel, and just ROTTEN in the high Clarion)

Well, YES, for you ... YOU will find out what is most suitable. I don't think there is anybody else else who could tell you what (exactly) that would be. It all depends upon you & your instrument-equipment.
