a set of Bb clarinet pads. I've found "kits" that include a "selection of pads for clarinet, sax" etc. I want to put pads on my clarinet and have no use for pads for other instruments. There must be a source out there somewhere; please point me in the right direction.

Look under the Retail section on this site for Ferree's and order their catalog. They have a web site but no on-line ordering.

Muncy Winds also has pre-selected pad kits.
If this is the first time you will be repadding, order two sets (just in case).
I use votaw tool for my pads, but rework more than one horn each month.
Look up the "How to..." links in the Sneezy archives, the instruction sets can be quite good.

Lucien pads sold by Ferree's are a HIGH quality 2X fishskin pad. On the Valentino, stick with their GREENBACK pads ... forget the rest (IMO). mw

Dee is correct. You can't order from Ferree's online.
However, you can e-mail Ferree's.

You'll have to establish an account to order by e-mail. Pretty good if you do a lot of business. But, for a one time purchase, they'll call you with the total (s&h) and you send them a check or money order. They're really nice folks to deal with, very good about helping you figure out what you'll need and maybe save you money doing so.
My understanding is that they do not sell sets any more. You need to specify the size(s) you need and purchase them by the dozen. My experience is that it doesn't hurt to have a few extras. Your friends will love you for it
Is this your first time attempt?
If this is your first time repadding a horn you're gonna mess up a few - I guarantee it. Even the 'pros' mess up. No kidding. Therefore, 'sets' are a poor investment :
The good news: clarinet pads are not that expensive, about $4.70/doz. or so. Ask Ferree's for their catalog so you can order any tools you might need. When you're ready to go to work, check back here - you'll get an overabundance of advice and more suggestions than you can possibly use in your lifetime :]
