Hello
I've read several postings that refer to Buffet s/n's.......some blocks of #'s are more sought after than others.
I have the chance to buy an R13 with a s/n of 380952. The chart indicates a 1993 manufacture.
How was the Buffet quality at that time ?
The keys are so shiny it almost looks like rodium plating (?)
There is a lyre above the logo and BC in script letters below it.
The logo reads: buffet crampone Cie A PARIS made in france
It's in almost like new conditionand plays freely. Any idea as to it's value ?
thank you for your help

It should be a very nice Buffet. II don't think that anything in the 300,xxx's upward is really favored except for age/"newness". That is, they are all good. I think that an off-the-cuff appraisal by someone here on Sneezy would be difficult. Consult someone locally who can describe exact condition & then compare, for example, to eBay auctions. best, mw
