f one looks with closer inspection....the mouthpiece is on the opposite end of the upper joint from the register key, meaning, it's on upside down!! This might cause some small, minor, gross technical problems in assembling a clarinet.

thats so funny! The reason its for sale is probably something like :

Perhaps referring to thread wound around instead of using cork for a tenon joint.
