Sibelius 2nd clarinet 2 A/Bb part found

I downloaded the Clarinet 2 part from IMSLP.
IMSLP has two versions listed: one labeled “Clarinet 2 (A/B♭)” and another labeled “Clarinet 2 B♭ transposed.”

I downloaded the “A/B♭” version. However, all four movements in that part are written for B♭ clarinet, and the tonalities look rather unusual.

However, the Clarinet 1 part has Movements 1, 2, and 3 written for A clarinet, which makes sense.

So, it seems that the IMSLP link labeled “A/B♭ clarinet” may actually be linking to the wrong part—a transposed B♭ clarinet part.

Does anyone has the A/Bb version or has a link to it?
