Dominant Professional Paris bb clarinet

Hi,wondering if anyone has any knowledge of the Dominant Professional Paris
Bb clarinet.The bell is hard rubber & the rest wood.Its' marked made in France..
Possibly malerne looking at 1st pad on bottom joint.
It is old judging by the single post on l/h pinkies & shared A/Ab posts & no adjusting screw..
