By clarinet composers do you mean those who composed music works (symphonies, solos, etc.) or those who only composed etudes/study books? If the latter I can include myself.

I didn't have in mind clarinetists that wrote exclusively for their instrument. I know of no Klosé symphony or Jeanjean string quartet.

My great friend, Tony Coe, was a basically a jazz musician, but composed "Classical" pieces that bore the influence of Alban Berg and Debussy.
