 Riffault Meyer mouthpiece?

Hi!

I recently bought an old Boosey and Hawkes clarinet from the 50s cheap.
Included was also an old mouthpiece with ”steelite ebonite” on the front, three ligature lines and ”3” next to the table. So I guess it is an Riffault blank (?).
Over the ”steelite ebonite” is in some handwriting style ”Meyer” engraved. It doesn’t look like the usual Meyer NY logo at all.

Does any of you know anything about this mouthpiece? Can it be an old Meyer? Or maybe some other Meyer not affiliated with the famous mouthpiece company?
Or am I reading it wrong?

Probably a different Meyer as there were also Meyer stencilled clarinets made by Amati.
