 E. Chavaneau Nocturnes; same configuration as the De Fallo Concerto for Harpsich

Hi there! If ever you are looking for another piece to go with the De Falla Harpsichord Concerto and its odd instrumentation: harpsicord, oboe, flute, clarinet, violin and cello; I suggest Emmanuel Chavaneau's Nocturnes, which are exactly for the same configuration. They were written three or four years ago and are fine, poetic pieces, not too difficult to play. They would complement the de Falla piece -which is far more difficult- well in a concert. The composition is available free of charge on the Petrucci IMSLP site.
