Yes it appears to be the Buffet Legende Oehler system clarinet(at least 1-2 German players have been beta-testing it in the wild). Given that he is one of the principal testers of Buffet prototypes, perhaps it isn't surprising that he is testing even the Oehler instruments.
On a slightly digressing note, I wonder if/when Buffet would FINALLY also make a German bore bass clarinet...
