 Martin Busine Clarinet?
Author: katie

I just acquired a Martin Busine clarinet. My grandpa bought it on a garage sale for a dollar.
Can anyone give me some info on it?

Thanks

Katie...
Your grandpa got a good deal...a buck! Probably only cost 200 more to get it into playing condition. Seriously...take a look at the wood....and keys....cracks?
breaks? I've seen a couple Martine Busine clarinets on e-bay...and thought...
(WOW! they look pretty good!) but couldn't tell you for sure....FOR SURE though...not a bad deal for a buck...

Beautiful wood.
One slight chip on the end of the upper joint. Needs some serious polishing and new pad and cork.
I'm excited to have another weekend project!
