Is Marcus Bonna and the stock Rossi case the only option?
Would a soprano sax case work or could it be made to work ... for example, if I wanted to buy a combo tenor sax/soprano sax case and keep them together?

Wiseman could of course make something to accommodate it (and any combination you desire) but at a cost.
I created my own double case from a pelican style hardshell, to house my Rossi Bb and a standard 2 piece A. I can post a picture later if anyone is curious.

That was my thought process here too Robin.
And along those lines it's often useful to use Kaizen type foam, which can be cut out in the shape of that which is being secured.
