Hey everyone, this is a difficult quest. I play an old Leblanc Alto clarinet and I'm wanting to add a piezo pickup to the neck, but I don't want to add it to my one and only neck so I am looking for a spare if anyone has one or can point me in the right direction. I have the gooseneck neck as a bonus, but not essential. Thank you!!!!

You might consider contacting Jared De Leon at JD Winds and have him fabricate a tuning neck for your Leblanc. He may even have one in stock, as it is one of his regular items. I have one that I replaced the OEM "swan" neck on my Leblanc alto with and am more than extremely pleased. I think it shouldn't be difficult for him to install a piezo pickup or mounting hole for one during fabrication, and you would gain the ability to actually tune the instrument at the neck.

That site has a guy who breaks down horns. Last time I checked he had sold the necks. Contact him and see how you go. He is called Texas horn trader.

Texas horn trader does not currently have an necks, and yes, it is a swan neck, but I wouldn't mind using a straight neck for the piezo, I will check in with JD, I have one of his mouthpieces and I like it a lot. Thanks everyone.
