Hi all:
I played clarinet at one point with an elderly player (rephrase: a player older than this old player) who had a device: I think he purchased it on etsy but I can't find it there...
...that I believe was homemade, as items on etsy often are
....that was "U" shaped, where I can't recall if when installed it was a right side up or upside down "U"
....that attached to the music stand and on its other end provided, I'll call it a "male" end that facilitated the insertion of that male end into the clarinet's bell
...that relieved some of the downward pressure on the fingers and hands the clarinet and gravity placed on the player.
Has anyone seen something like this?
TIA

I'm not entirely sure exactly what you're looking for. I did a search and found this. It doesn't screw into the stand, but it might be useful?

I think you are asking if I would like a photo of the device I sought and have now found.
No thank you, as one is available at the web link I provided in my second post of this thread, post 3.
