Living not too far from Weiner Music's brick and mortal location I looked up directions and found that pictures of the storefront from last month (10/24) suggest the business expanding, literally.
Does anyone know anything about that?
Originally, at least for me, in store purchases were billed from their Pappas Music Business, as was originally the only sign out front, while mail order sales were from Weiner Music.
It seems, moving East to West along Jericho Turnpike, that there is a larger storefront presence that now features Weiner Music in the Eastmost slot.
Perhaps they've decided to physically delineate the two businesses for tax purposes, or allow each to run individually physically, possibly seeking to sell or having sold one line of business, or broken them up to different principals.

Interesting. Years ago when they were out in Queens, I believe that they used the Weiner name. Having the Poppas name made it confusing for people who went out to try instruments. There is probably a business or financial reason that it makes sense for them
