 Buffet A clarinet date of manufacture

Hello, I have a very old Buffet A clarinet that I purchased 40 yrs ago.
It has a wrap-around register key.

I am searching for the date of manufacture.
What #'s I can see:
on the bottom side of the lower joint:
237HI
on the key side of the lower joint:
LP
