I'm going to have to replace my Amati C Clarinet and Woodwind Eb Clarinet. How ever, I've been looking @ the Buffet E11 series (wood) 4 both of them. Is this better than what I had? If not, I'm thinking of going to the normal Buffet for each of them. When I was in college, I thought of the E11 Bb but my professor said that I already had an intermediate horn. Please help, aid and adv\ise!!!

I think you might do better looking at used C and Eb instruments. Years ago I bought a Noblet C clarinet that has served me very well from someone who advertised it here on the BB. I have a very good Eb clarinet (no, I'm not planning to sell it) that was at the time (in the 1960s) a top-of-the-line Buffet. If you could find an equivalent Buffet or another reputable brand on the used market (wouldn't need to be 60 years old) you'd pay a more reasonable price than for a new one, and the instrument would be better than any E-11 you could buy new (if they still use that model name).

Of course, buying used is always caveat emptor.

I think the Buffet E11 is good value for the money and slightly better than Amati and probably Woodwind. The good thing is that you can pick one from several new instruments in a shop that has them in store.

If you want a further upgrade you can look for used professional instruments as kdk wrote. But good used Eb and C clarinets are not that easy to find.

Moving to E11s from what you already have probably would not be a significant upgrade, IMO.
I'd look for used professional models from Leblanc (France), Selmer or Buffet.
