Does anyone know who this study is by? I'd like to buy a new copy of the book...

Hi there,
This (attached, if it works) is a pdf of a study that I've used teaching for some years, but don't know the composer. It was from a book that I recall was from a Spanish clarinettist/composer, but that may be wrong. I lent the book to Dr Dave Etheridge, who passed away in 2010 and his music was dispersed- me being in NZ it wasn't possible to get the book back (especially as I couldn't remember the composers name!).
Any leads? I'd like to buy the book and have an original copy, but currently only have an old 8.5 by 11 copy from the 90's...

By jingo that worked!!!!!! It LOOKS like a Muller study (that starts in a similar fashion), but it's not.
