I have no experience with them - never heard of them until your post. But are they actually in Riga, Latvia?

While I am not against mail-order shops like the Clarinet Lab, I prefer seeing my tech in person.
Many reasons for that:
1.If an adjustment is needed after the repair, it can be done quickly and without waiting for the post office to deliver the instrument.
2. A good tech probably will ask you to play and may suggest personal adjustments/modifications of the keys/springs tension, etc. based on your hand size/anatomy, preferences, etc.
3. The tech may teach you to do basic adjustments so you would not have to go to the shop for minor things.
4. Personal relationship is priceless, even if you still have to pay for the repairs.
Of course, if there is no one in the area where you live/work, than the shops like the Clarinet Lab come handy. I could not find any google reviews on them so if you do send your instrument there maybe you can post here after the repairs are done.

Mail-order shops are usually local to someone. In the case of ones being in by far the largest city, possibly to most of its customers.
I don't mean specifically this shop, I don't know anything about them, just in general.

To me, their work seems to be more along the lines of L&P, than the average local technician’s overhaul. Completely rebuilding and restoring an instrument from the ground up. They do in house playing of keys, which is extremely uncommon. He also makes his own pads, rather than use commercially available ones. So they have complete control over the whole process.
I’m a tech myself, with absolutely no affiliation, aside from having a few online conversations in the past.
