Searching for 17 Variations Opus 22 by Jean-Michel Damase

Does anyone know of a library or readily available source where I can find "17 Variations Opus 22," for woodwind quintet by Jean-Michel Damase?

I've ordered this music from Presto Music in the UK. It was supposed to take 6 days. It was dispatched on March 1 and now they say it could be stalled in customs. Sheet Music Plus has it available in 6-8 weeks. Gesh!!! Why so long, I wonder.

Some publishers print to order, and wait for enough orders to make it worthwhile. I don't know anything about Presto Music.

If Presto is the sole distributor, Sheet Music Plus is probably ordering it from them.
