 Perier anyone?

Back in my youth, my clarinet teacher had me work through all the A .Perier lesson books.I never hear any one mention them any more . Are they out of print or just fallen out of favor?

I use them, but never had to 'work through' the entire book. They're not out of print, but are sometimes hard to get
