A family friend asked me to help her find some information about a clarinet she has that was owned by her father. I am not familiar with the maker.
The instrument has "KROMEO ITALY" stamped or carved into the bell and the top of the upper joint. It doesn't have a serial number. The only other markings are her father's initials where you would expect the serial number to be.
Does anyone have any information about the background of this instrument?

Probably a stencil of some sort. The screws do not look good...not much else is visible on those two pictures.
If you post pictures of the whole instrument, ea. joint separately, maybe someone here will be able to help.

It's not just the screws that don't look good - it's the gouged up pillars from using the wrong size screwdriver that are a much bigger concern as that's far more expensive to sort out.
