Im waiting on buying a new mouth piece for a little bit as I just got a new clarinet, but I don't know if I should use my new wood one from my Yamaha YCL-450N or use my plasric one

Congrats on your new clarinet! Wooden clarinets don’t come with wooden mouthpieces, at least not for the last hundred years or so. Wooden mouthpieces are a thing, but they have some problems such as a tendency to warp, crack and chip. Because of this, most mouthpieces are made of either plastic or hard rubber (ebonite). In this case the 450N usually comes with a plastic 4C mouthpiece. Whether you’d use it depends on what your current mouthpiece is. If it is just a cheap generic mouthpiece then use the 4C. If it is something good like a Fobes Debut then you will want to try both on your new clarinet and see which you prefer. Modern clarinet mouthpieces are mostly universal so it mostly comes down to personal preference. Also be aware that different mouthpieces may require different reed strengths.
