Ed Pillinger would be a good candidate - in London, so no longer in the EU but inescapably still in Europe!

Perhaps contact Mark Szavin to see if he works on Bass pieces. He does very nice work

I indeed work on Bass mouthpieces too. Last weekend, I had a B45 and a Riffault-Woodwind B3 on my desk, I think they turned out very nicely.
